3008 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 3008 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review. The latest version will be displayed on this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 3008 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with account registration.
Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and 3008 management. These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device.
Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform. 3008 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3008 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — even with different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Users are responsible for keeping their personal details up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. 3008 will never request your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 3008 support team immediately and change your password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 3008 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Committing fraud, impersonating another person, or providing false information to 3008.
- Attempting to hack, breach security, or disrupt platform operations.
- Abusing bonus or promotional offers by opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other users.
- Using the platform to process illicit funds or engage in suspicious financial activity.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
3008 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 3008 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include local bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go (TNG) e-wallet, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section. 3008 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods without prior notice.
Deposit
Deposits credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposit details entered are accurate. 3008 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect transaction details provided by the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), which may require supporting documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name. 3008 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawal requests pending investigation. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are stated in the account section of the platform.
Any taxes, bank service fees, or other charges imposed by third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. 3008 does not bear these costs.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 3008 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 3008 makes no implied or express warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 3008 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
3008 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any terms in this document. In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, balances associated with fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 3008 platform are the exclusive property of the platform management or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 3008 platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. 3008 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
3008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon the latest version being published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Continued use of the 3008 platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
